The Schroon Lake Place’s Policy
Reservations: A 50% deposit is required when making your reservation, with the balance due at check-in. Management reserves the right to require a security deposit when deemed appropriate.
Note: Daily maid service is not provided. We pride ourselves in presenting to you clean and neat accommodation. We request you leave your unit in the same condition as you found it. Guests are responsible for the repair or replacement of any damage to property that occurs during their stay as a result of misuse or abuse. All keys must be returned at the time of check-out. Lost keys or failure to return them may result in a $100.00 fee to cover lock replacement.
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: Due to our small size, cancellation of the time reserved for you affects us considerably. If you are forced to cancel your reservation, your deposit will only be refunded if we are able to re-book the time slot you have reserved. No refund for early departures.
No-Show will result in you being charged for the nights reserved.
SMOKING POLICY:
Due to New York State Fire Codes, Insurance policy, as well as the consideration of other guests, smoking is not allowed inside the Buildings. We are a Family oriented facility Therefore do not Allow smoking of Cannabis on the Property. Failure to comply will result in your stay being terminated and no refund.
PETS:
Although we love pets and have several of our own, Due to our small size and with all units being carpeted and furnished, we do not allow pets.
